General terms of sale

For all reservation, credit card details will be asked as guarantee.
For a long stay (30 night and more), 50% of the 1st rent will be asked as deposit at the booking.
Any change in the length of stay after arrival may result in a change in price. In the event that the length of stay is shorter than that initially reserved, the rate change is retroactive until the day of arrival.

In the case of a longer stay, the rate change is applied from the date of announcement of the extended stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Terms of cancelation :

For a stay from 1 to 4 nights:
Free cancellation until 6:00 pm on the arrival day 
Beyond, one night will be charged as penalty.

For a stay from 5 to 29 nights:
Free cancellation until 6:00 pm on the arrival day 
Beyond, two nights will be charged as penalty.

For a long stay: 
1st rent (including 50% deposit) at the booking.
Free cancellation until 14 days before the arrival*.
Beyond, 50% of the 1st rent will be kept

For any stay with a prepayment (special offers), the reservation is non-modifiable, non-cancellable and non-refundable, even during the COVID-19 crisis.
